I think some of the comments made towards those who've already maxed their manifests are way out of line. How excited would those who have yet to do so feel about receiving lvl IV cryo on N7 day, HUH?

pft balls to the harrier let me get my Black widow above II lol, hell let me actually get an ur in my premium packs its taking me 30-40 packs to get one atm.
besides its all psuedo random number generation on the packs I have seen so far,
its why I've been getting increasingly wound up, 4 N7 Eagle upgrades in a row is FRUSTRATING xD

And it is N7 day, so everybody will (supposedly) get an N7 rarity weapon. No, it makes more sense to give seven of them. That's logic for you.

A maxed manifest is not the end of the line. There's still the promotional weapons category that no player can possibly have maxed out yet, which would make those weapons the best choice for a reward. That way, everybody gets a weapon, maxed manifest or not. And it fits pretty good too, considering this might very well be the only N7 Day ME3 MP will get.

GMT is based on the line from the north pole that goes through Grenwich(Spelling correction may be needed), aka london its used in Britain During the Winter, Summer is a different ball game though.
