Personally I think the SMG title should be Bullet Hose. Especially fitting since the banner pic is of the hurricane.

This or "Small Arms Expert" wouldn't be bad I think.

Small Arms is equally applicable to pistols though and I can't think of anything that would also emphasise the differences between them while still sounding cool and not having too many characters.

Maybe "Light Automatics Master" or something like that?

Bullet Hose doesn't fit with any of the other banner names. All the other banner titles are personal titles, "bullet hose" is not something you'd call a person.
