A large amount of the missions start with your commander telling you this is an important location and you are to secure it. At best it ends with the location getting overrun by the enemy and you scrambling onto an escape shuttle.

Funny story...
This didn't happen last match when I should of had Lone Survivor, and I died during the "operation success" message to multiple Dragoons, about half a second before going to the score screen.
The game didn't count me as having extracted.
