So i installed win8 last night. Spent 4 hours finding every bit of new driver for win 8. Thankfully asus posted them on their site. Tried playing mass effect 3, but it is lagging. . . Never had this problem on win7. From what i can tell it is not a connection lag, but rather video permormance. I tried the single player and it is lagging as well. I can notice dramatic FPS drop when using biotic charge or when having 2-3 biotics at the same time. I didnt change the setting at first, even tried making it as low as possible. the lag still persists.I am using Asus N56VZ laptop.
Any sugestions?
win 8 upgrade.

You're better off downloading the generic drivers from the nvidia site than using the ones from Asus website

I've been running ME3 on my Asus G73SW with Win 8 for about two weeks now. I have an nVidia GeForce 460M with the latest nVidia drivers from their website.
Origin in game crashes my game consistently, so I had to turn it off. Also, I experienced a great lag when alt-tabbing in fullscreen mode (to the degree that I got disconnected from MP, because the game thought I lost the connection to EA servers), but switching to windowed borderless mode solved it.
Apart from these two issues, ME is running very smoothly for me on Win8 Pro x64.
