Libertarianism and the Cult of Ayn Rand = EVIL. Libertarian ideology is no different from the Devil whispering the temptations and merits of greed and selfishness into the ears of immoral or amoral people. It is libertarian excesses that have gotten America into the current quarmire in the first place.

Besides, I'm pretty sure Mitt Romney (WTF kind of name is 'Mitt' anyway?) is part of the Jesus-loves-you (which I think both parties are from, but anyway), God-hates-gays Christian bullsh!t party that won't let homosexual people marry.
I don't trust politicians as far as I can spit on them, so Obama is probably the lesser of two evils, like the "Labour Party" we have in my country.

Well, until government is made into a volunteer job, we will never have a president looking out for us.Orian Tabris wrote...
So... Obama is the president again? That's good. Not because he makes a good president, far from it. It's because all politicians are the same, and if they're not, then they aren't likely to get far enough to become president or prime minister. At least with Obama, you've got a black leader, rather than a white supremacist Bush-scraggler who makes me sick to my stomach! If you have to have leaders, then they should at least be people from the less fortunate races, rather than one of us white people.

Neither candidate would be able to fix America's problems if they were given a decade, let alone 4 years.
In all likelihood, the only thing that's awaiting the United States is the transition from global superpower to regional power (like Japan, the UK, etc). Regardless of whoever is in office.

Even if you think the economic outcomes of having a Democratic president or a Republican one are the same, (I do not think they are completely the same, but let's say they are,) the SOCIAL ISSUES presented by the two parties are definitively different.
Let's say it does not make any different to the economy whether Obama or Romney wins, it will make a different in the social issues of:
Abortion right: if you believe getting pregnant is a "gift from god", and women can only get pregnant from "legitimate rape" and their bodies would "shut down" and prevent pregnancy from "illegitmate rape", then go ahead and vote Republicans.
Gay marriage: Christians do NOT have a monopoly on marriage. The Judea-Christian faith did NOT invent marriage. Chinese and Indian civilizations had the marriage institution even before the Judea-Christan faith were created, so marriage has NOTHING to do with God.
Immigration: Deporting people who were brought into the country as children -- and therefore did NOT commit any crime as they were just children -- and grew up here is just cruel and inhumane.
The rise of Christian fundamentalism in America, which is associated with the Republican party.
Wars in the Middle East: Republicans LOVE wars and LOVE killing the Muslims. Do you know what really got America into the economic hole? It's the ****ing endless wars.
Income Inequality: Republicans follow the Cult of Ayn Rand and believe income inequality is a good thing, that wealthy people should lead and poor people should just shut up and roll over. Ron Paul is along this line of thinking; he differs from other Republicans because he does not like wars, but he is still a follower of the Ayn Rand cult.
So, even if you think the economic outcomes of Obama or Romney winning are the same, the social outcomes are definitely NOT the same.

Ah **** it I'm pissed off now.
1.) Your race statement is something I'd expect from the Black Pathers.
2.) As per your views of religion, I'll just leave this here:

3.) You understand that this whole "Gay Marriage" stuff is essentially a distraction from FAR more vital issues at this point, correct?
