I have played pretty much all the classes, they only ones I haven't used so far is the Volus.

Drell Vanguard is pretty rockin' guys. Use acolyte, pull dudes, charge and explode everything.

Personally, BF3 soldier. He's just so ugly.

Drell and Ex-Cerberus Vanguards - never touched them. If playing vanguard I prefer Asari and Slayer. I have never used human sentinels or vanguards either.

Other than the classes I don't have, none.
However I've only ever used the Krogan Soldier once, and I hope to keep it that way. Never again, he's terrible.

You're joking, right? Drellguard I can see because he has a massive difficulty curve but KroSol? Really? One of the best classes in the game is terrible?

Inferno Grenade --> Shotgun --> Carnage for the fire explosion finisher. With the recent buff to fire explosions, he's even better. Try this on for size:

N7 Paladin, I didn't learn to play him
Salarian Engineer, Turian Sentinel - no real reason
Asari Valkyrie Sentinel, Batarian Brawler Vanguard - I try to do the challenges for characters which have them for two different Mastery's first, but 'accidentally' did the Krogan Shaman Adept.

I don't use any of the original human classes, Drell, Vorcha, Volus or Ex-Cerberus. class wise I don't usually bother with soldiers, although i'm trying out Turian soldier and Havoc at the moment.

Drell vanguard, phoenix adept, BF3 soldier and vorcha soldier. Mainly because they overlap too much with other classes, particularly the soldiers. Also haven't used the asari valkyrie and krogan shaman, but I'll get round to it sometime.

Vorcha sentinel, but with updates to fire explosions will probably give him a go.
Cerb adept, vangaurd in my opinion is much better and more fun

Newer ones, I haven't played simply because I haven't tried them yet. I'll use them as I get around to their challenges. As for the vanilla humans, well... I just never had the motivation to to try them out.

I don't think I'll ever use the vanilla human soldiers, adepts, or sentinels, to be honest. I've used the infiltrator once or twice, but I'm not too sure I'll ever use them again.

I used the vorcha soldier once before, and I think that's the last time I'll ever see him. I much prefer the sentinel. Aaand I don't think the krogans will ever see much use, either. I use the kroguard when I'm leveling my vanguards simply because he is so tanky, but otherwise...nah. Don't like playing them. Don't think I'll play the batarian soldier again, either, but I think my loadout was the main problem with him. Ballistic blades were lots of fun, at least.

I think that's it??? I mean I won't be using the volus for a bit, but that's because shield boost is bugged right now and it stops people from using their powers/weapons. I don't want to be a support class if my support ends up preventing people from playing properly.

Human Sentinel - only ever used it once on FBWGG, about 6 months ago on xbox, and I've never played it on PC. I rolled it in that class randomizer thing with the Collector Sniper Rifle, but I never got around to doing that setup. I've done the Krogan Shaman with the CSR though, so it would pretty much work out the same way.

Never used my Demolisher, probably some other ones. Within each class I have my favorites and sometimes I can tell just by looking at the powers whether I'll like playing that character.

I am passing the ones I tried but didn't like (like N7 Fury, Kroguard, both Volus and all Infiltrators etc.).

As I think female version of vanilla human classes doesn't count....

Quarian Engineer and Batarian Sentinel.

Quarian Engineer pales in comprasion to Human, Salarian and Male Quarian.

As my favorite class in MP is N7 Paladin and already have human/turian sentinels to pass first couple of levels. I don't have any interest in other races.

All soldiers except the Turian and Krogan. (Don't have the N7 unlocked....yet)

The Drell Vanguard. Not a fan of the Drell's paper thin defenses, but I do like playing the Adept from time to time. Using Biotic Charge on a Drell is practically suicide in most situations if its not a guaranteed kill.

The Vorchas. Just not a fan of them because they don't suit my playing style, but I'd love it if they gave another race/class the Flamer.

Don't use the Geth as much as the other Infiltrators (still don't have the Geth Engineer unlocked), but I do use it from time to time. Not a fan of Hunter Mode.

Asari Valkyrie... I just got it but haven't played it yet. Doesn't look very interesting to me for some reason.

Never played the female Quarian engineer. I don't like the turrets, and up until just recently I found Incinerate very underwhelming, and only found Cryo Blast useful on my Human shotgun Infiltrator. I guess I should give her a try post-patch though.
