What I don't understand is why Bioware make all the alien characters look the same while the human characters look different. For example the human soldier looks different than the human adept. For the aliens they all look the same. For example the Quarian Engineer looks the same as the Quarian Infiltrator. Why can't Bioware give the aliens different armor like that of the humans?

Maybe one of devs can't decide the best color scheme on that outfit, thus we('ll) have 4 with the same armor, so he can have 4 different color schemes at once?

i just feel that the ME creators aren't using their creative thinking in making their new characters

Agreed! it's like those car manufacturers who sell that one car model with different setups and gear additions, and only cosmetic change is a different color.

i can totally agree with that its like having the same asari but with different powers

The thing is they could just wrap up the existing variety of armors on characters, and keep them default colored like the ones we got now, we can customize the color ourselves anyway, just the lack of varied models is the problem

Edit: there's this awesome, long ongoing armor variety thread here somewhere, they got some awesome footage of different races with different armors..and the best thing is that those models are _already in the game_, so nothing needs to be done from scratch, just implemented. Well, they wouldn't "need" to do anything, that is a fact, but imo it takes a lot more for a character to feel varied, special and different than just the powers the character is using. in ME3 singleplayer's character selection screen, there's "cycle appearance" feature with nice new varieties. :P

I just hope Bioware looks into this and hopefully that the New asari huntress won't be wearing another Morinth outfit -.- too

I'm not sure which sort of hentai or yaoi the dev team is into, but the outlook of characters is sometimes ultra-impressive. Problem in humanoid armors has always remained the same - parts that needed most flexibility mostly needed best protection since they had arteries etc for the limbs that they provided that flexibility for. So there's a simple choice: either acknowledge that armor provides no protection versus me gunfire and melee at all and then cease to show any parts of armor, or to say that armor can protect from at least melee aaaand then to have to put actual protection on those asari millenium-asses.

Unfortunately she most likely will. None of the new Retaliation characters have had new models (except the Turians and Volus). I would love it if the Huntress wore Liara's From Ashes armor with her mask.

I think the asari sentinel need a new armor that makes her look like she's the boss not a other Morinth outfit. Shes unique and i think she diserves a unique armor.

I think they should have at least made the Tech Armour fit properly
looks like my granny made it.

Actually I'm kinda disappointed by the new characters aesthetically, I wish they had given them new skins rather than just using the same old ones. I know I probably shouldn't be complaining given how much work they put in the last DLC but still....

I guess I'm spoilt that way.

The Asari outfits, in particular, are really ugly. It's the main reason I almost never use Asari. At least the Justicar has armor, though she is bland as heck.

I think the one in the middle or the furthest to the right looks most appropriate for an Asari Sentinel.

I also approve of bikini tech armor.

What annoys me is that her face is identical to AA and AV. At least the Justicar looks like a different person.

It's actually the Justicar that should have a different armor. One more similar to Samara's from ME2, including cleavage and headpiece.
The current Justicar armor should then be used for the Vanguard and the Valkyrie.
The Asari Adept (Commando) and the upcoming Asari Huntress (Infiltrator) can then use the Commando Leathers we already have.

Simply, they'd have outfits that make SENSE..
And yes, I posted this before in a similar thread.

I simply think all the asaris are clowns but the justicar and many people like a variety in their characters and not morinth triplets. So they should do a favor and change her armor. I feal bad for the Asari Valkyrie she doesnt just have to wear a tech armor that isnt her size but she has to wear a outfit that has been worn by two other asari -.-

I never thought that I'd say this but i think the Asari seriously need to cut down on the Bondage leather outfits.

To be honest, the outfit looks much better in the non-multiplayer version. Everything blends better, and has an overall nicer texture. Benezia's commandos in Mass Effect 1 wore it, you can see it in detail when you talk to the rachni queen through that dead commando. It looks much better than the multiplayer version.

I thought this armor would have been perfect for the Valkyrie. (minus that helmet)

This x500. Wasea wore that and she looked awesome. Her bright facepaint looked awesome too.

Bikini chainmail? Highly inappropriate and offensive.

Not to mention it probably contradicts the lore.

Make it a disposable silicon-carbide omnibikini flash-forged by the omni-tool's mini-fabricator and kept safely away from the user's skin by mass effect fields... Now that I'd like to see.

Yup I know.
It's still bondage leather though and it has been bloody everywhere.
Also those Asari commandos really weren't that resistant to bullets.
Maybe I should have brought whips and chains.
