Well firstly to complete the manifest you will need all guns at level X. Also if someone has 3 UR's at level X that is 30 drops, which is a lot better than someone with all the UR's at level I.

I've maxed all my UR's except the collector SMG
took about 555 hrs. (mostly play gold since around summer)
I did farm platinum when it first came out, maybe 30-40 games in total, so not too significant with 1542 games played.
I play regular platinum occasionally, but I don't play more often because the only teammates I find are missile glitchers or people not ready for platinum (xbox btw)
