All of the above are from the Reckoning DLC.
I maxed my manifest prior to this, at around 420-430 hours played.

Blew 20 mil yesterday with similar results (17 UR), then today i got 15 UR from my remaining 8mil. The store is definitely loaded in someway - if it wasn't, why would they have a policy of not discussing how it works? I'd prefer a more reliable system than this win/lose streak bull**** that i seem to get the short end of 80% of the time.

I spent another 10 mil (I don't know if this means anything, but I started buying after 12:00AM local time) and the drop rate is superb it's unbelieveable.

The previous 10 mil only yielded me 7 or 8 URs and this 10 mil gave me only 4 short to maxing the 40 URs.
40 - 4 - 8 I got 28 URs from this 10 mil!!

If this has merely to do with my luck, I got almost 4 times more lucky in the span of a 2 hours difference...
