 I'm trying to purchase bioware points and whenever I go:

Profile>Add Bioware Points

It just refreshes me to http://social.biowar...m/user_home.php  

Any information on this error?

I am having this same issue. I have tried using different browsers and followed the basic troubleshooting advice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same here. No way to get it worked. I went through the hassle of enabling IE 8 again after I thought maybe Opera had some difficulties with this particular page.

This is quite ridiculous. I remember when PC gamers demanded autonomy and independence from regulatory functions in our games. If you're going to regulate how we purchase content, please ensure that your regulatory scheme works.

 I've tried IE, firefox, and chrome and I get the same result with each. The actual link is this:

I found the link by reading the "first read this thread..." posted at the top of this forum; the link is in the final paragraph.  Just follow the instructions from there.  Maybe someone has clearer instructions?

I thought I'd just missed something obvious. It seems not.



Well it's certainly odd when you just can't give a company money. It's also something you would think they want to sort out as a matter or urgency.
