Lots of people are having this problem. The louder we yell about it, the more likely we'll be heard . Just yell in the right direction!

Well the site IS open beta and quite clearly states that some features may be broken or under maintenance. So with that, I give them some lenience. I can wait - or start a new character for now.

Glad to hear that I am not the only one confused about adding bioware points. I expect that they are upgrading the system prior to the game expansion on 1/5. At the very least, I expect that they should have it functional prior to launching the expansion. Just a WAG.

I agree it is only Beta its just a shame that its coincided with such a big game launch. I wondered if the problem was that I merged my new social login with my old Bioware forums one as my bro has the game and he bought points no problem on his login.

 I have been struggling with this problem for almost 9 hours.  Don't know which makes me feel like more of an idiot: the fact that I couldn't get the points to add, or the fact that I've been intermittently wasting 9 hours on this!

Well made a ticket, got a response to add more details. Which I did, so who knows.

Well its working for me now, I made the ticket and I geus they fixed it. Just added points to my account.

I got a response from EA telling me to clear my browser cache which obviously wasn't the problem. Oh well, Warden's Keep here i come!

For anyone still having this problem, check this post. I've had the problem for over a month now and still haven't received any useful help from EA support. However, changing your email (even if your current one is valid) as described in the post linked enables you to buy points.

I also got the same e-mail from EA in response to my ticket indicating that I should clear my browser cache. apparently, whoever received my ticket didn't read the part where I said that I had already cleared my browser cache. whatever. it's working now, although I didn't do anything different. perhaps it was because my account was too new. perhaps EA tweaked something on the website. a little transparency would be nice, or at least some acknowledgement for the people who are still having this issue

Had the same problem, but then I clicked the box on the left side of the frame; the white one with the red dragon/Dragon Age icon and the 'add points' logo. That let me into it again.
