I tried getting to it on my iPhone and another PC at work and it didn't work. When I log in and try it just refreshes the social network homepage. I know it's not my PC since it doesn't work on any system I try. It's account based.

Well, i thought this thread might solve my problem of not being able to buy points but considering the amount of people also having problems this doesn't look promising... how epicly useless you are EA.

same problem here...I tried alternate e-mail address thing and it didn't work either. Clearing the cache doesn't seem to be effective too..



I know this site is still a Beta, but if your job is "to earn money through DLC", then you'd better have a better site! epic fail for such a huge game release...shame really.

I tried to have an online chat with the support department. They offered me to clear my cache and disable popups. I said I did and nothing happened. Then, mysteriously, the connection failed due to a internet connectivity problem (which is just ok, except the part that there was no connectivity problem)...

Great support management EA...congrats!

Edit: Ok I was wrong, there was really a connectivity problem. Sorry guys, I'm just a bit furious now

Also having the same issue. Every link I've tried, both the Dragon Age buy points link on the sidebar, and the generic Add Bioware Points link in the popout profile sidebar just refreshes me back to my profile homepage.

Bioware is a reputable gamemaker. Dragonage is a pretty big success and has great sales and reviews. There are 10 mods listed below for these forums. Do the mods even read these forums on a regular basis? Why is there silence about this issue? Can not even ONE mod or Bioware employee come here and give us an update? What is being done about this?



Can we get a fix please? So far I am not impressed.

I had this same problem for the past few days, which is incredibly annoying since I was looking forward to playing Warden's Keep, and surprising since Bioware is no doubt losing tons of money simply because people who want to pay for points are unable too. Then, today, inexplicably, it worked. I don't know if Bioware finally ironed out the bugs or I just got lucky, but hopefully the former. Trying to add points from in-game still just takes me to my profile, but going to Profile -> Add BioWare Points finally works as it should.

Now it works! When I tried to change something here (http://accounts.biow...count/edit.html) I got the message that my account wasn't activated. Under social.bioware.com everything worked fine and I never received an activation mail. However, there was the possibilty to re-sent the activation mail. So I did. After activating my account, I can buy points now.

Works for me now too. I didnt do anything different, but just came home from work and tried it. Obviously if it is working for us now the problem was on their end. It would be nice if we had some communication as for what the problem was. I guess we should just be thankful it's fixed. Thanks!
