Tried a lot of the above. Went to accounts.bioware.com, couldn't log in so created an account. Then logged in and found that my account needed to be activated still. Had the email resent and activated it. Figured I was finally there. But go to add bioware points and.... refreshes the homepage.



I am at the final battle, but I would like to do the levi dryden quest and the other quest (although I don't know if it is still possible to do since I sided with Branka) before I finish the game. It's still the best game I've ever played. I've put 75 hours in already. Very enjoyable, but this is very painful trying to give them more of my hard earned money and being unable to do so.

Having the same problem here... Tried change password and create a new social account with different emails, all didn't work.

weird. i didnt add any points but when i refreshed the stone prisoner/ armor dlc it started downloading with 0 points balance. didnt think i was entitled as its just the standard version.



Free stuff suits me just fine tho

Same problem - can't add points Shame, I was really looking forward to the DLC having finished the game (on 2nd run through so I could run Warden's Keep wityh another toon), it's crazy: I'll keep trying. Glad its not just me

I have the same problems, and this company should be ashamed. Reading through 4 pages of a month old problem to find there is no fix yet... Ridiculous.

Can't buy Bioware points too, I go to games-> Dragon age->official dlc-> warden's keep

and it just refreshes to my home social page in bioware. Same if I try it by clicking on the banner that says "expand your game, buy bioware points". And I've try from mozilla and explorer. I had no luck with any of them.

You would think that this is an important issue. Any company that cares about making any sort of profit would at least pop into a thread and say "We are working the issue...".

I would hope. This isn't just a game play issue. Its coming from users that have already spent money on their product, and want to PAY MORE for extra content.

I just tried to add BioWare points, and it worked. I submitted an EA ticket a few hours ago, that might have been it...? Other than that, I didn't do anything different, it just worked.

From what I can gather, looking at other forums, EA have laid off a lot of staff- so your ticket might just generate a pre made response (clear browser cache, try again).

Just tried this at 00.24 Uk time, and it let me in! Maybe its server load?
