I'm from Kanas. We know wind. And wind chill. We get the extremes of everything. I've seen wind chills down into the negative teens, (Fahrenheit), and summer temps approaching 110 degrees.
I gto a Kanas publec ejdeumication, teecher lerned us speling reel gud.
No, this year we skipped the tornadoes in favor of a drought and heatwave. I would have preferred the tornadoes.

That's, what, 6-10 inches? That's not so bad. Just take it a bit slower and use the brakes sparingly, slowing over larger distances. I guess if that's weird for your area, other cars will be a bigger concern, but that's not so bad.BarbequedChicken wrote...
Mhm :/
I'm staring out the window here ... I should be seeing a high school just across a football field on the other side of the road. I can't see it at all anymore.
They're speculating 15-25cm of snow for Edmonton by this evening. Blargh. Getting home is going to be fun :/
Oh, I know the theory behind what needs to be done while driving on said roads. It's everybody else I'm worried about
72 accident calls between 6 and 9am so far today and that was a few centimeters ago. Yeesh.

8:50 am Edmonton time but we have a blizzard going on and a fair number of people are late getting into work today so BioWare might be in the same boat with the bad road conditions.
Yes, this is true. Our office is still relatively devoid of life...well, human life.

Never seen snow in my 31 years of living.
You haven't lived until you've made a snow angel.
And a snowman.
And a snow fort.
And gone snowboarding.
And gone snow skiing.
And had a snowball fight.
And...
Yeah.
And get your snowblower stuck on the roof...

Oh, no, no, no. Canadians do NOT need an excuse to complain about the weather. We do that, regardless.
I bet curling gets an uptick, though.

You should have played that crazy game in which your wheeled tank could climb 90 degree hill and simply fly over any obstacle. What was the title... Ah yes, Mass Effect 1 !

You haven't lived until you've gone from 120 C sauna to swimming and the water is 1 C. Afterwards snowfight, and back to the sauna and drink beer.
