Man, I hope this is the case.  May sound silly given the reviews, but I've been itching for the Collector SMG.

I was starting to think the same, but I got a Cerberus Harrier V - and I still need to unlock the Hurricane. But maybe it's different for the promotional weapons? I've got all the 'normal' Ultra-Rares unlocked, so you might still be right
