Are you sure that's not your interpretation again? Let's see how it goes and then decide who did what to who.

He was in ME:Invasion. That's the point. If Bioware has rewritten him to be a cartoon villain, that's the problem.

We don't even have a trailer yet. It's far too early to be having those emotional reactions don't you think?

LOL, you got me there. Maybe it was an overly fast reaction to the news about the decision between Nyreen and Aria. I admit I'm hair-triggered about things like this.

It's exactly because I've see what came before - ME2 - that I expected a little more. ME3 went down the road of the conventional much further than I ever expected. Apart from the ending. Which is why many people claim the ending doesn't fit.

Again I think you're aestheticizing things you shouldn't. I never expected anything less and it's the same way for quite a few others. I'm just pointing out what I see. It's always been cut and dry in Mass Effect.

All roads lead to Rome you see.

You shouldn't expect me to get references from popular culture. I'm really bad at that. The face is familiar, I've seen it a thousand times on pictures, but at the moment I can't assign a name to it.

That's Bob Dylan.

Bob. Freaking. Dylan.

That's like saying ME2 is a bad RPG because we can't side with Captain Enyala.

I totally would have done that if it was an option.

Nah, Captain Wasea was way better.

Not even close.

C'mon, this was epic.

Just saying, that picture could just be one outcome of an event similar to Rannoch, where you have to make a decision.

But to be honest I fully expect, help the badass criminal warlord Aria re-capture hellhole Omega from Cerberus who will in a twist ending turn out to be indoctrinated. And then have sex with Aria, because that's exactly what we need, more Asari content

"Sorry administrator but inside the barricades we take no chances. I do this for all of mankind.
Aria! Look out!
Send in a medic. She's alive.
(To TIM)You'd never endanger so many of our people just for the sake of a diversion.
Think of that what you will. I wouldn't have sent this message if you didn't threaten to vent our troops into space. Too many of my people have died needlessly.
A real soldier's first command would be to send medic to the fallen. Get in there but be careful.
I didn't authorize explosives! There are innocents living nearby!
You've endagered every soldier on Omega!
What I am sworn to do. Protect my troops.
I'll evacuate the civillians I can before the firing starts.
(To TIM again) As for me, I am confident this victory means that our next defense of humanity will result in the loss of fewer of my soldier's lives. That is what we all want, isn't it?"

Yeah, he's quite a decent guy.

I'd almost ask when people will realize that Shepard was never that personal to anyone and that BioWare's been railroading him/her from the very start with the simple illusion of having a choice greater than the ability to pick which squadmate to bang or a background that's referenced on few occasions.

Then again, that's guaranteed to fall upon deaf ears.

Captain Wasea stopped him. She was a hero.

Mass Effect 3 clearly needs more anti-Cerberus railroading, it wasn't enough.

It's a videogame. Are you seriously suggesting a game has the same potential as the real world?

Are you serious?

This isn't some Nietzchian dilemana here. It's a bloody game.

I've played quite a few games that were fairly complex in their morality and politics, thank you very much.

We are aware. Some people actually care about game immersion. Why break that rule in the 3rd game when that worked well in the 2 previous games ? To prove a stupid point?

There'll be a plot twist where we'll all be shocked to learn that he's indoctrinated. :pinched:

Nah, there will be a trailer that says he's indoctrinated, then BioWare will say "Nah, its more complicated than that.", then we'll be curious because all evidence is pointing towards him being indoctrinated, then at the end it will turn out he's indoctrinated.

Deep.
