I decided to check the status of the delivery of my N7 tech jacket and according to the BW store it's already shipped.
However, when I try to track the shipment I unable to, there's no information displayed. The store says the jacket shipped, when I last checked 6 days ago it said the jacket shipped, but I haven't received it yet.
Without tracking information I have no way of knowing where my jacket is

Did you order via PayPal? If so, per our FAQ you won't be able to track your order via the store site. When your order shipped, you should have received an email with all available shipping information. Sometimes they end up in spam folders.
If you did not receive that email, open a case with customer service and they'll gladly help you locate your order.
