Somehow along the way, I picked up quests "Betrayed from Within" and "Shifting Allegiances". Vartag wants me to talk to Harrowmont, and Dulin wants me to find out what Bhelen wants me to do. The problem is, I can't find either Bhelen or Harrowmont. I want to be on Bhelen's side, but I can't figure out how to continue on that quest line.
Why couldn't there have been a "drop quest" option in this game?! I've heard having both of these quests will bug the game and you won't be able to continue... Is this true? Did I really buy a game that bugs halfway through, causing me to have to start all over again?

multiple saves always a good idea. and am sorry to hear of this issue, I have not run into it myself,

i personally worked both quest lines while in orzammar, eventually you have to pick between them but while working bhalin's camp i let harrowmont's people know i was doing it..this allowed me to do multiple quests for each up until i had gotten the crown and named my choice for king

i have the same problem too and it kinda bad that u cant just drop the quest....or do something that make one of them talk to u again....

i have the same problem to...... so you cant make them talk to you again? do i have to start all over again?
