[Ronnie Blastoff]

Seems everyone is getting that 1 particular weapon they've been after for a long time, or a weapon they isn't unlocked already in manifest. So far also, everyone I know who has a maxed UR manifest has gotten a promotional weekend weapons. Good job BW, I'm impressed.

Makes sense. I got the Talon, which was the only UR I didn't have, so I'm happy.

Yep it gave me the Valkyrie. I haven't tested it yet, but I see it gets a lot of hate around here.

Yeah i agree , only UR i was missing was the Javelin and i got it in my pack.

The only thing that would make this day better is if people with maxed manifest started getting promotional weapons in PSPs. Would give me a reason to spend the millions of credits I have stored up for next DLC.

I too got my 1 elusive UR weapon, the Particle Rifle!

Not really. I got a Black Widow VIII. I have plenty of ultra-rares that are lower level than that.

I think what they did is the following:

1) Give everyone an ultra-rare weapon.

2) If there is are ultra-rare weapons that the player does not own, they get one of those.

3) If the player already has all ultra-rares maxed out, they get a promotional weapon.

Otherwise, they get a level in a randomly selected ultra-rare.

I got a Talon, and I now only have the Black Widow and Wraith left to unlock (not counting the Valkyrie I haven't got yet as that is a promotional weapon).

Hopefully this will be the way forward for commendation packs and any other packs they give out.

Gave me my lowest level and somewhat desired Javelin III. Not bad.

Valkyrie I

Valk is burst but more damaging.  maybe i'm missing something? lol

It that's the case, I should have gotten a Valkyrie. It's the only weapon I do not have.

Sadly not. I was in that exact boat, with all Urs and promotionals but no Valkyrie, but only got a Javelin upgrade.

the valkyrie actually does about the same because i have them both at one and the two shot burst on the valkyrie allows you to hit them in the head easier because if you aim at their body the second shots recoil lines up with the head

I got a Paladin II, I don't have the Eagle or the Collector SMG so yes it's still random.

QED: My theory is wrong, unless the Collector SMG is somehow separate from the older ultra-rare weapons and was not taken into account.
