It could have been that if you didnt have a valkyrie, but have at least one of every UR, then you got a valkyrie.

Should have gotten one then, seeing as how it's the only "UR" I'm "missing", but I got the Indra instead (Which, is one of my highest level UR's) <_<

Well i got N7 Valkyrie AR, and one friend (finally!!!) got Harrier. I am happy, he- too.

Hmm well maybe it's UR that you haven't "unlocked as some people have said because I have none of my UR maxed out, a couple are at level I and yet I got a Valkyrie III from my pack

Nope, I have all UR's unlocked but no Valkyrie and got PPR III in my pack.

i got the particle rifle , the only ultra rare weapon that i didn't have..

Javelin 5. I like the weapon, just never use it. Most of my URs are below rank 4.

Edit: Scratch that - most of my URs are rank 1. Still don't have the Collector SMG.

Piecing together all the posts here the OP's theory that the pack grants an unacquired UR is true excluding instances involving the CSMG and Valkyrie. I for one got my last unlocked UR: typhoon I! 8D

I have every black card. I got the scorpion pistol IV. I have plenty of other black cards that I use more and are at a lower level. So it does just seem to be a random black card or something.

To be clear, the non-randomness only appears to be amongst people with at least one completely unacquired (AKA level 0) UR, not including the CSMG or Valkyrie. All other manifests don't seem to have a discernable pattern with the packs.

Picked up the Typhoon I in the loyalty pack and unlocked the Indra III, Shaman, Valkyrie, and maxed out a Volus in a few PSPs

Not the case for me. STILL waiting for Harrier V, but it gave me Typhoon VI. Haven't used that gun in forever.

I got a Valkyrie III and don't have my manifest maxed out. Combo breaker?

That said, the next PSP I bought gave me both a Saber VI and Wraith VI, both of which were my lowest URs.

I'm impressed and yep seems that way, got the last UR i haven't got so look forwarding to maxing them and get on the promotional weapons band wagon
