Finally got the Indra.

I got the Indra...wasn't what I was hoping for but, eh, I'll take it. An upgrade to my Talon or Saber would've been better.

I got the Black Widow I which was nice. But N7 day was also my birthday and my brother gave me some M$ points to buy some packs with, and strangely those packs gave me the collector SMG and the Typhoon, the two other UR guns I did not have. The chances of that happening are pretty remote based on selection from a list without replacement (or what passes for random), so I wonder of the UR algorithm has been changed to give you stuff you don't have first (rather than it being specific to the Loyalty pack). I know it is not a lot of data to go on, and could be a coincidence, but the those odds are pretty small.

Be interested to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience.

I got my Harrier!! After months of playing and hundreds of thousands credits spent I finally got the one gun I've been wanting since it was released, and I get it in a free pack. That is both infuriating and awesome. I couldn't be more happy! Oh! And my women got her talon.

Today was my birthday. The last UR that I never had was the Harrier, the one I had wanted the most. During the entire game load up I chanted "Birthday Harrier, birthday Harrier, birthday Harrier." And what did I get?

YEEEEEEEE!!! Valkyrie 1!! Im pretty sure they programmed the pack to give you an UR that you didnt already have, unless you have them all. The valkyrie was the only one I was missing.

so do these packs prioritize URs that havent been unlocked? seems like a lot of people including myself unlocked a weapon at 1.

I got a Black Widow IX
I then opened up two PSP's. The first one had a harrier V and a typhoon VI. The second one had a talon VIII and a saber X. Those were the luckiest packs I have ever gotten.

I too have a maxed manifest.  I was happy to find a Valkyrie in mine.  I think you will get a promo weapon for sure if you have all URs maxed.
