The Drone replaces the classic Sentinel armor power. Biotic Bubble is a support power that would make it easier to hold ground. Sabotage is an offensive power that can disable the enemy effectively. As a result, this would be a tough Sentinel that is good at crowd control.

As demonstrated by the Asari Vanguard, a nadeguard could be effective. Also, in Mass Effect 2, I found that aggressive biotic powers, like Shockwave, complemented the aggressive nature of the class. This would make Slam a fitting power for a Vanguard, with the potential for many different strategies.

All the Krogan released so far have armor powers, so Defense Matrix fills that role. Flamer and Snap Freeze could be maximized in effectiveness using the damage resistance and shield restore capabilities from Defense Matrix at close range.
