Will I have any problems with installing my DLC on a 2nd computer? 

I plan to migrate all of my games to the new computer.

You shouldn't have any problems as all of your stuff related to your Origin account (DLC for example) is all stored on EA's servers. The only thing you would have to back up is your save game(s). You should be able to reinstall the base game and DLC without any issues.
