Ive never had rude angry people on mics on xbox games.

Also vanguards, N7 shadows, havocs, etc can do a lot of good charging enemies trying to interfere with the hacking, though it's a good idea for them to return to the circle afterwords and repeat the attack if needed.

If vanguard in hack, then i tend to charge at nearby enemies then run/roll etc back to the circle. If im playing novaguard, I might use shockwaves, but prefer not to spam them because its annoying for others.

I did get  annoyed yesterday, playing as a N7 Slayer vanguard, on Condor, i was the only one who escorted the drone, took ages and was v boring while everyone else went killing things. To be fair, no one came and shot at me so they did keep enemy away, but was still annoyed so i spammed biotic slash during the entire extraction wave to be as irritating as possible.

So I go in wave 6 and it's on upload/hack so I make my way there, but on the way I see Guardians... So I get side tracked... and they kept spawning in the same place.... so I got even more sidetracked... then... Female voice... yells.... GET IN THE DAMN HACK CIRCLE.... I don't think i'll ever leave the hack circle again... that scared me... I am sorry female person who I was in a game with...

Mind you no one else was in the hack circle, and I was the closest one... and she had all thea gro on here so iI was really at fault here >.<

No one else was in the hack circle?

Lol, just answer, 'Make me!' or something, followed by a sandwich joke or something. Annoying people is fun :innocent:

It was impossible to think at that moment to do that >.> I got literally scared ... I almost jumped my pants. I am playing 3-5 games with not a single word spoken... then suddenly the Scream... It doesn't compare to a banshees scream either :(

This made me laugh so hard...

x2. In any thread with a reference to a female player, sexist BS is so prevalent its actually depressing.

I'm sure I'll be told it's just a joke etc as well, all too predictably.

Njyaarh ... there is a difference between making stereotype fun and actually being sexist.

Note to self, next time I run out of ammo during a hack just stand there and get overrun. Best plan ever.

You don't have any ammo packs to use?

But it's good to leave the hack circle..

I personally enjoy it when I sit peacefully in the circle and drink tea, while my teammates wreck havoc across the map, sometimes a half dead trooper shows up near me, which doesn't really interrupt my hacking. Besides everyone get's more points from killing that way, specially good if you need to level characters.

Guardians? Damn, I'd totally leave the hack circle to kill more of them.

Wow you are one lucky person.  The hack circles I am in with just me or me and another player we are getting our heads beat in from all sides and the people freelancing to 'take the pressure off' are doing sweet jack.

I am just usually playing with people that can solo gold each. So when there are four of us, we are just chilling and having a good time. ^_^

Well I am.

Activate the hack and then dodge out of it. Easiest with New Turians, Asari and Drell.

Doesn't work with all hack circles. Requires precise timing.

I had the weirdest hack ever today. It was Giant/Cerberus/Gold, the hack in the control room on wave 6. I was ready to get raped, but for some reason, no enemies came into the room!

We saw them spawn underneath the ramp, but they were all stuck there. None of them moved until we finished the hack, left the room, and started shooting at them. Easiest gold hack ever!

Well there is a skill for sure to draw attention away from the circle.  Most people that pay no attention to the circle are doing no favors to the poor schmucks that are there in many cases.

So you are saying that after you dodge out of of it you can go anywhere you like and you are still counted as being in the hack?

Yes. But like I said, it won't work all the time if at all.

I always feel bad when I'm not helping with objectives.  I was playing in a match last week, and when Wave 10 came up, I thought it was a pizza delivery mission.  A bunch of enemies spawned in the delivery zone, so I went and cleared them all out - a Banshee, a Brute, and at least two Marauders.  Then, I started wondering why the pizza hadn't been delivered yet, and I looked up to realize it was actually a drone mission.  I quickly ran to the team, who was under some pretty heavy fire, and fired off a missile as my penance.  I wish one of them would have yelled at me.

The 1st rule of the Hack Circle is, you don't talk about the Hack Circle.
The 2nd rule of the Hack Circle is, YOU DON'T TALK ABOUT THE HACK CIRCLE!
...

(edit, I added dots because there's more rules)
