everytime i click 'profile' then 'add bioware points' it always brings be to the social network homepage. where do i go from there??? nevermind it was a pc glitch.

You aren't the only one. This is a very common occurrence, and BioWare hasn't addressed the issue. There are some suggestions in this thread, some have helped and some have not.
