Hi,
Let me start off by saying I am in a very warm place (~80 deg F outside, 60 deg F airconditioned indoors)
and I've decided that I want an N7 hoodie. (shocking!)

I'm thinking about getting Ladies Lightweight Hoodie since it seems like its thinner than the N7 Elite... and its on sale today +__+
but I've read a ranty review that the red/white fabric paint on the arm cracks. I'd be really disappointed if it were shipped that way too. As well as the fact that the stripe feels sticky on the inside.

Is that true for any of the other hoodies with the silk-screen printed armour-stripe? or to put it better 
How old is your (silk-screened) hoodie and how does it fare now?

I'd buy the elite just for the better quality stripe and embroidered N7 but I feel that its gonna be too thick to wear around here even during "winter" times. And for the fact that its nearly double in price D:

As for the other jackets such as the tech jacket or the thermal jacket, I'm more of a zipper-up classic hoodie fan.

I own the N7 Armour Stripe Charcoal Hoody and it still looks awesome. I must have had it for well over a year now and have worn/washed it many times and it still looks great! The stripe still looks the same and hasn't cracked, but think even if it has, it would add to the overall look of it, battle worn etc.

The hoody is warm though, so don't know how well you'll fair, but it looks awesome, is good quality and it's geekiness can be worn discreetly, where only people who know about Mass Effect will recognise it.

I went ahead and (resisted pre-ordering the elite hoodies) ...bought 1 lightweight hoodie. 

I'll post pics or a review here when I finally get it.

You 're welcome, I 'm sure you will love it and wear it with pride and I'm glad it didn't take too much persuading for you to commit to purchase it! Lol

Anyway, I will look forward to your review! I just wish it was that hot over here...still it gives me a great excuse to wear my hoodie!
