What's up with people griefing on FB Reactor?  Stupid dick on my "team" kept hitting the switch when he knew people would run in there.  One time he hit the switch and burned the entire team because it was an escort mission and we all had to go through the reactor core.  This isn't the first time I've seen this.

Bleed out and leave the moron to solo the wave. He will probably die. Then kick him in the lobby

I have killed my entire team by accident during a wave 10 hack in there. I was trying to run for ammo and hit the omni-button at the wrong time....oh boy.

If he was walking over and purposefully hitting the button, then you have a problem. You could always force him to solo, like someone else suggested, or just kick him later and drop an avoid on him (if you're playing xbox, that is). I'm not sure if you can report someone for such a thing, though. :/

Make an atempt to push the button before passing through? Might slow down escorts, and what not, but at least you won't be inside when it happens.

I once microwaved my friend in a duo match. She didn't find it terribly amusing, and I was very sorry because it was an accident, but admittedly it was also hilarious. Good times!

(I did rez her immediately afterwards.)

This....I see this often in random, personally I stay out of there but if I see who did it, I block them as that is not how I roll on a team.

It can be annoying. You can survive with a Kroguard though. While still meleeing the prime in the chamber.

Some idiot did that twice in wave 2 cerberus just now. So i stopped shooting and started meleeing atlases and hang around with my new best buds the assault trooper who blows me many kisses.

Yeah, griefing, it's not like it doesn't warn you well before it shuts the doors and has a different voice-over for automatic discharge and player-initiated one.

I barely run through the reactor anyway, prefer to make my way around the map than through it. During objectives, you could always hit the switch first, then by the time the reactor overloads again the objective would have been done.

My team tried to fry me when I was using my TGI and "killstealing"...

I was just using stim packs and laughing at them hysterically every time.

EDIT: And saying things like "Stop it! Stop it! That tickles!"

No, this wasn't an accident. The dude would hit the button and then run in there and kill himself and bleed out, and he was laughing over voice. When he fried the whole team, there was no way to avoid it because we were all in there escorting the drone. And then he laughed like hell about it before I said I was going to report him and then he left the game. It was intentional griefing, no doubt about it. I'm fine with a a prank or something, but not when he's doing it throughout the game forcing us to 3-man the waves and then at the very end just before we're about to win he wipes the team. It was major bull****.

Because people like to be asses, it's true. That's why there are people playing Renegade.

And I'm pretty sure they might say to you: "Your death was sacrifice to kill the enemies!".

You can hear the warning that it's going to vent about three seconds in advance, so run out and pick up the escort after it's finished.
When you know you have someone on your team who likes to vent his squadmates, just make a habit of venting the chamber in advance, whenever it's available. The chamber needs to "charge up" to vent, so keep it in that charge up state as much as possible, whenever it's red: vent it. You'll lose the strategic benefit of the chamber, but at least keep your team alive.

I had that happen to me, but when the offending player died, I sat by his body until he bled out.

With PUGs you'll never know who's going to troll you or not, so always assume the worst and take preventative measures. Hit the button at the start of every wave if you can, or if it's an escort mission then hit the button while the others go out to activate the drone.
