I haven't tested the Javelin on my system yet... that's something for this evening. Good calls on the biotic detonations and abomination bangs.
I'm quite fond of a Devastor-moded Piranha rapid firing into a Ravager. The squelching in the backgrond of those staccato booms just makes me smile. :-)

The sound of a recon mine being set off is probably second. I still remember the first time I used it. I think everyone stopped whatever they were doing for a sec while trying to figure out what the heck had just happened.

The banshee wail is definitely the most annoying.

Cryo explosions, saber, phantom quiet talk just after spawning, fury taking out a spawn ending with heavy melee. They did a great job on the game sounds, especially the weapons and distant grenade sounds.

Yesterday I heard a loud auto camera sound and was confused until I saw someone delivering pizza using some weird dropping then picking up very quickly fast enough to almost be running.

I like the sound the javelin makes.
On the other end of the spectrum the sound the Indra scope makes when you zoom in is kinda goofy.

Saber, Headshots (plus Saber immediately - and inevitably - followed by headshot, obviously), BEs, CEs, Banshees (scary, but great), Possessed Abominations, Multi-Frag Grenade, Hawk Missiles, Krogans in general...

... and finally, the N7 Paladin's shield being smashed into the ground (or an enemy's face). Tell me that's not satisfying.
