The sound of my Geth Plasma Shotgun charging up and then that satisfying *THUNK* when it fires off and drops some poor trooper or other light enemy in one hit. I've been using the G.P.S. since pretty early on in the game's lifespan and it still hasn't gotten old.

It would be easier to list the ones I don't like rather then the sounds I like. BW did a fantastic job with the sounds in this game.

I actually really like the quiet metallic whirring of the Brute's arm, but you hardly ever get to hear it due to gunfire and explosions going off everywhere.

I always thought the Salarian and Female Quarian Infiltrators sound funny when they heavy melee. Like a "yeaaahhhhaaahhhhaaaahhhhaaaaahhhhhh slash."

This. Before they were added though it was probably fire explosions, helped by the fact that they were so rare (definitely not any more.) I also used the mattock recently and was surprised by how satisfying its sound effect is.

I still laugh during the arc pistol charge and shoot. It sounds like hocking an e-loogey at the enemy. The graal is most satisfying though.
