Personally, I loved Inon Zur's scores for the Dragon Age games. I also enjoyed his music for the original Warhammer 40k DoW games, Fallout 3, and FNV. However, I also love Jesper Kyd. Hitman: Silent Assassin, Contracts, and BM each have soundtracks that make up three of my favorites for any game, ever. From what I understand, the Borderlands and Assassin's Creed series both have great scores from him, too.
I'll give a shout of "Huzzah!" if either composer is chosen for DA3:I.

Yeah he's awesome. Way better than Clint Mansell for sure.

I LOVE his music in the Assassin's Creed games. In fact, his soundtracks are so noticeable, I'm playing AC3 right now. The problem? He didn't compose AC3's soundtrack and it's probably the first immediate flaw I noticed in the game. AC3's soundtrack is very forgetful while the other AC games have BEAUTIFUL and memorable music. I'm highly disappointed in AC3's score and it rarely gets me in the mood. Inon Zur is certainly a great composer when given time but I wouldn't mind Jesper either...
