Myself and some of my friends have noticed that sometimes when we can't seem to join another friend through an invite that origin is showing the name of the game in the wrong language, namely Spanish for people with en-US locale. It isn't consistent. It looks though like there are times that origin thinks we have a different locale than we really have, and that this incorrect locale is adding to difficulties in joining. Hoping a developer gets a note to look at this. Just to emphasize, this is not the locale being seen incorrectly inside of ME3, but the game title listing from origin.

EDIT: Also for other english language versions running in non-US countries.
