Whenever i lash an enemy, i yell "GET OVER HERE!" mimicing a voice that Scorpion makes in Mortal Kombat -game series.

A running joke I have with my friend is that every time you get three biotic explosion kills in a row, you must say "Michael Bay" and the other person must reply "Splosion, Splosion, Splosion". We started doing that right after the game came out. We use to do it every time, now it still pops up about once a match.

When a group of enemies spawn right beside you and you take off running towards the groups (because that only seems to happen on Gold+), we call out "Bringing to party to you, guys." Also, when playing a geth against the geth, we say "Frienimies!"

Finally, we call the phantoms palm gun "The Hand Cannon" and complain about the Fury getting the broken hand cannon.

On the rare occasion I'm feeling chatty (mainly because I consider myself to end up being annoying this way, and I rarely get positive feed back on the matter), I'll say one liners, but I don't have an in-jokes that come to mind off the top of my head:

When I have a bunch of enemies trailing me, and I run straight thru a group of players, I'll sometimes say "Presents!"

If anyone who can grab or synckill and move fast is approaching someone else, and we kill them, I'll sometimes say, "But they just wanted hugs."

Similarly, if I am playing with any kind of close quarters character, I will inevitably say, "Hugs! Hugs!" as I bash in them.

Likewise, if I'm weaving in amongst enemies as I run thru, or stick and move with heavy melees, I'll sometimes say, "Bad idea, Bad idea, Bad idea."

Alternatively, if I am far closer to a Banshee than I'd like, I'll randomly proclaim something along the lines of "Bad Touch! Ohh Bad Touch!" or "I need an adult." This also applies to dying by a sync kill.

Courteous of RvB, I'll say things like "Running Running Running!" or "I got it! I got it!...I don't got it!"

Sometimes, as a vanguard, I'll charge into a tightly packed group of enemies from across the level going, "OOHHHH YEEEAAHHH!" ala Kool Aid Man.

Occasionally, I'll throw grenades while proclaiming, "I got lotsa these!". That would be Buck from ODST.

Of course, when using the Batarian Heavy Melee, I use the obligatory "FALCON PUNCH!" or, when approaching a phantom, I'll say "SHOW ME YOUR MOVES!"

When using Conc Shot or Throw, I'll occasionally say, "Sit down" with a 20's gangster dialect.

Krogan are hardened by the Tuchanka fallout, got a nuclear reactor core venting? NO PROBLEM! Bring it!

Not a "joke" strictly speaking, but when I play as a Vanguard or a Turian Havoc, I frequently yell "WHEEEEEEW!" as I charge into the face of my opponent, usually at a critical moment. This is especially satisfying as a Kroguard.

- I like to scream like vorcha every time someone revives me ('I'M ALIIIIVEEE!!!!).
- When i'm running around map on last wave I make F1 car sounds.
- As Vorcha (or now, Geth soldier) i'm using my flamethrower on teammate that is sniping
- When Banshee is chasing me, I'm saying something like "Hey, that gurl really likes me, herp-derp"

+I call Praetorians, "Giant Metal Lobster Crabs", because no one can pronounce it right.

+In some random matches I'll speak like the Knights who say, "Ni!" the whole time.

The Vorcha we refer to as "murder-gremlins"..

The (now crate-filled room) on Glacier I dubbed the "Panic Room", cause.. I'd always end up backing in there whenever I was in a bind.. which either lead to a glorious last-stand only outdone by that of Grunt.. or horrible disaster and a 'mission scrub'

I now dub my Geth Soldier the "Weber"...

Shockwave has been known as the 'wub-wub-wub' since one of us forgot the name, but all he could recall was the sound it made.

Volus = "Roley Poley"

Recon drone objective = Hamsterball..

Banshee ? "Dragon's girlfriend" (Dragon being a player name, not an actual dragon..) This name led to much amusement on our side... Dragon, not so much once the missus listened in one day."

they not really jokes, just things i say on the mic:

- banshees are my baby/main girl; i sweet talk them to avoid heartache
- phantoms are the mistress; sweet talk them to avoid getting my guts spilled
- brutes are rabid dogs
- when the '20 sec' countdown starts, 'get to the choppa'
- games are like a job: credits are reg/salary pay...extraction is that bonus pay
- possessed abominations blow up, i laugh/giggle like a lil kid
- 'boom'..gotta play with me to get that one

oh and when they shout "Finish!!!" after a drone recon my mind goes gutter.

and the obvious "they are dead" after a completed wave playing Krogan makes me think I am playing a dumb alien

My friend will try to entice Nemeses out of hiding "come to me my latex lovely..." Along the same lines, when we happen upon a Nemesis we cry "We found a witch! May we burn her?"

When texting friends to set up a game (or find out if they can actually see that we are online as Origin can be special), the accepted format and content of the message is solely "pew pew?"

I like to finish a session of games with a comedy run, usually on a level easier than the one we just played. These runs tend to be either: all Krogan + scorpion runs (comedy placement of scorpion slugs, headbutt everything including team mates); roly poly volus equiped with the silliest weapons (scorpion and black widow); or my current favourite, all batarian, melee all the things while yelling 'JIM' (the light melee of batarians sounds like they are shouting 'Jim!!' as if looking for this person), four batarians (and the people playing them), yelling 'Jim' has me in fits of giggles.

Not really a joke, but I tend to get laughs because of it a lot...
Rather than using a particular bad word that I used to love to use all the time, you'll hear me say quite often during matches....
"Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitake." (Empashis on the first vowel)
According to the friends I play with, it always throws them off since they think I'm going to cuss, then I end up naming a type of mushroom.

I call recon mines "Michael Bay". The explosion looks so ridiculous.
Also i like to sing "I believe I can fly" with my krogan when charging in the middle of enemies and detonating the barrier.
Also the N7 Destroyer sometimes sounds like he's eating while speaking so I like to joke around, like delivery missions are his lunch packs.
Every single thing is an inside joke while I play with my friend, but most of them are in Finnish.

I can't really remember much I always say, I mostly just roll with it if it's a nice talkative group and ad-lib funny stuff.

About the only consistent things are doing a Nicholas Cage in The Wicker Man impression of "Not the bees! Beeeees! They're in my eyes!" when covered in a collector swarm. And I can do a pretty descent Volus impression too, so things like "*wheeze* I can't reach!" when doing a hack objective or playing as the engineer and intoning "I am an engineering god!"
