I have two characters on Dragon Age. While playing the first, I never logged in the online profile, so the character I beat the game with was never uploaded. When I started a new character, I logged into the online stuff to get some download content. When I did this I suppose my current character was automatically updated on this site. Everything is fine with her, all of her stats and portrait appear perfectly. 

Since I wanted my main character, with the highest stats that beat the game, to show up on this site as well, I went back into my last save with her. When I did that, I saved a couple of times and logged into the online profile. It took a while but her stats eventually showed up on the site. However, he portrait doesn't appear. The background I chose for the portrait does, but not the character herself. Since she was my main, I'd like to use her protrait as my avatar but she's just not showing up. Everything else is showing up for her except the picture... has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?
