So, as the title says, and it has been three days now of no contact from EA and can't get anything from Bioware. After not being able to even access the Multiplayer Menu yesterday, I can today, but it shows all the characters we have not gotten yet, and the majority of my stuff is gone even though the Manifest shows it. (to make a long story short)

Now does anyone have any way that I can fix this or get onto someone from Bioware or EA that will actually fix it? Because I have grown so very tired of navigating millions of "help" pages with instructions that I have already followed to fix problems on my end. Now it is not my network, nor my internet. Everything else is working perfectly fine multiplayer. And it does not account for the fact that it is my Profile which is saved on their servers that is messed up.
