I bought NWN complete last week and installed it over the weekend. The other day I tried to play it on multiplayer and it said my CD key was invalid. Also, the Mysteries of Westgate CD key was'nt in the pamphlet to be installed and that expansion was supposed to be included. When I tried to go to atarisupport.com, the computer screen said the site was'nt safe so I chose not to go there. Any advice anyone?

My mistake, the paper that had the cd keys on it did'nt have MoW cd key, but when I looked to play the campaign this morning, I could play MoW so I guess I have it. Now, the problem is that I get "my CD key is unauthorized" so if anyone has any advice?

When do you get the unauthorised error? You say you can play MoW, so do I understand correctly that everything works for you, except that you get an error message sometimes?
About Atari's support site -- as far as I know, Atari no longer supports the game, since they're no longer the publisher. There was a legal battle, and things changed hands. Also, the master server for multiplayer is down permanently, but you can still play multiplayer. There will be a delay as it attempts to connect, though.
I found some possibilities on Obsidian's site:
2.03: CD key is “unregistered” when trying to play multiplayer (Back to top)
This error might be caused by a discrepancy in the CD key entry in the nwncdkey.ini file and the actual CD key on the manual. Go into your Neverwinter Nights 2 install directory, this is usually "C:\\Program Files\\Atari\\Neverwinter Nights 2" and find a file called "nwncdkey.ini". Right click on this file and select "Open With..." and then choose "NotePad". The contents of the file will then be displayed in notepad. Double check to make sure that the CD key in the nwncdkey.ini is correct. If you make any changes save the file and then exit. You should now be able to play a multiplayer game.
2.04: CD key is “unregistered” when trying to play multiplayer (Back to top)
This might be caused by a conflict with your virus scaner and/or software firewall. As a test, try disabling your virus scanner and/or software firewall software and try again. For more information on properly configuring your firewall and/or router, please see the Readme.rtf file in your game folder.

Hey thanks alot for your reply. I was in a bind whether to send the set back or wait for a reply here. I only have a few days left to return the game. I'll try what you suggested and tell how it went. Thanks again.

Tcho. Could you post on where on my computer to find where I can bring up C:programfiles\\Atari\\NeverwinterNights2 so I can try this? I might have to send it back tomorrow or Saturday if what you suggested does'nt work. I looked, but my skills with the computer are limited. Thanks.

Navigating a directory structure is beyond my scope at the moment, but you can start by holding down the Windows key on your keyboard, and pressing E. Select the (c:) drive from the window that pops up, and follow the trail from there.

Thanks Tcho I got it to work. I can now play Multiplayer. NWN 2 is not under my computer C drive, but I reinstalled and uninstalled my other NWN 2 gold version and it now works. I must've typed in the CD keys incorrectly or something. But thanks again. Oh, and maybe you (or anyone) can suggest any good multiplayer servers?

Tchos, not Tcho.
I'm not the one to ask for multiplayer, but perhaps someone else can recommend some.

I read your gaming and modding link. Where can I get ToEE and how much is it now?

ToEE was buggier than any other game I ever tried to get into. It was so bad, and so poorly supported (Atari), that I just gave up on it. If you must waste your money,
