i didnt get the pack for this operation, i contacted support through origin and got the run around.
in game it says completed but on N7 HQ the op is greyed out on the challenge section where all the others are shown.

but it says i did it on the overview page, so i dunno what the deal is.

There will still be big community events. Just not regularly.

This is the most fun challenge yet, first game I went on the lobby was full of 4 firestarters and it was actually a very effective strategy against reapers. I think its the first time I broke 100k on silver as well. guess you could say I had a blast.
But then I got an eagle III ....

AHHHHHhhhhhhh! That's exactly what happened to me on Operation Jackhammer! Good luck on getting help too. EA are incredibly, shockingly, mind-bogglingly bad. They really fob you off with as little effort, words and concentration as necessary. I think honestly their only goal is to respond to your message, there is no value whatsoever placed on offering you any actual help at all.

So I came here, and then got persistent. Eventually Bryan Johnson pulled me into PMing him, but he hasn't responded to any of my messages since. Nor has the issue been addressed in any way. So all I've gotten from beating my head against this wall so far is a headache. Oh well, we'll have to be persistent!

Curious: At the bottom of the N7 HQ Overview page what does it say? Instead of Operation Jackhammer mine says "N7 Weekend Challenge I". That's an "i", not a one, BTW.

ya i pm'ed him earlier today, so i will wait and see.

i went to the live support.... and it was crazy.
they kept trying to send me to links for jackhammer and bloodlust, then when i kept saying "no this is for the current weekend challenge operation:blast furnace" , then they told me i had to wait till the event was over....

i told them it doesnt work that way anymore, then they send me to my own N7HQ to show me that it says i completed it on the overview page... which case doesnt help at all... because i still dont have the commendation pack nor is it showing i completed it on the challenges page at the bottom.

so then they tell me there is nothing they can do and that i just need to wait it out, or more like what they said was " you now wait for some time ok".

so like none of that helps, i actually asked the dude that "if you knew you couldnt help me why did you waste my time sending me to links that arent even for my issue?" 
his answer " im sorry you feel that way, but there is nothing else we can do at this time"

so after 1 hour of repeating the run around, i got nowhere very slowly.
guess i am joining the ranks of those that just get screwed.

add: stuff on the HQ still looks normal other than not being completed when it has been completed.

Ok i burned Cerberus in two sessions, and recive Hurricane in VII LVL.

Agreed, good challenge, unexpectedly benefitting teamwork, on par with Operation Patriot. A whole team dedicated to setting of fire explosions really works, and gives us PUGs a reason to stick together and blow all the things like Michael Bays on coffee. I could use more challenges like it.

Also, a Krogan and three vorchas feel like a real Bloodpack cell.
