I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this, but this site isn't letting me add points to my account.  Every time I click on "Add BioWare Points" it just sends me right back to my main profile page.

Anybody else run across this/find the solution?  I seriously want to download Warden's Keep!

well i just got dragon age working so time isnt a problem for me...i had the dreaded "lock up in ostagar" but i fixed it after about 2 months ha ha

Ditto, just added my promo key via the web (registered with the "successful"/green message) and can't get my point balance to update....

click the circling arrow in the download section of the game near the points at the bottom to refresh the download screen

I added 400 points to my account but warden's keep is 560 so I tryed to put some more on, but it just says payment has been rejected by the payment processor. i've tried adding a new card but it says credit card cannot be verified. Any ideas?

This is happening to me as well, no matter what link I click to try to buy something, it just reloads my profile page again. I don't say this very often, but please take my money!!

I want to play the return to ostagart DLC, but I'm having the "return to profile page" thing myself. Has there been no fix for this?

I have found that using a browser other than internet explorer seems to cause this glitch. Have you tried adding points in game and via the social network? I also found that switching from paying with my card to paypal seemed to solve this as transactions would not complete when using my card on some occasions.

The last of the old-aged posts dates back to after a proper forum for discussion of, and help for, any points problems, had been set up.  This thread is very old, and is now in the "wrong" forum.  It wasn't always wrong, but by seven months ago it was. 

There are plenty of newer threads on this subject, in the proper forum, that could have, and should have, been used instead

yea i can't add any point i try to click on it but it just doesn't work but my computer that has not interent connections can click on it
