The Warden - Jason Statham

Posted Image

This is if you go by the PC Warden shown in some trailers like Sacred Ashes. Not only does the Warden suprisingly look like Jason Statham, but his voice is even more matching. Wouldn't suprise me if Jason voiced for the Warden in Sacred Ashes.

OMG MY FRREAKING GOD that was my choice too! He would be so perfect for the role, he soo bad ass and riped, he would tire this film up! I was going to say alistair, cause hes in dyer need to be bad ass, but I like the idea of him being the warden, I would go see the film, if he was casted in such a role

Milla Jovovich as Leliana
gallery.newkerala.com/images/wallpapers/milla-jovovich-457436.jpeg
I think she's alluring enough to attract and kill a man lol, plus shes done actions movies before, for example handling a blade in Resident Evil extinction, the transition would be easy

Ben Cross as Duncan www.imdb.com/media/rm219517184/nm0002027 has enough of a hook nose to make it work
or
Adrian Paul as Duncan lol (if you get the references) celebrity-pics.movieeye.com/celebrity_pictures/Adrian_Paul_425808.jpg

Michal Clarke Duncan as Sten

Guys, remember Gimli. The actor doesn't necessarily need to BE a little person to play a dwarf these days, with the right camera tricks and CGI :)

I think Naveen Andrews would be good as Duncan. Brown skin, black beard, can act well enough and could probably pull off the badass warrior/ honorable guru.

Queen Anora, should be young, beautiful, blonde and british - I think Sienna Miller could do the trick.

How about Kate Beckinsale or Sienna Miller for Morrigan? I like the idea of her original voice actress Claudia Black playing her as well, I think she would be just perfect with yellow contact lenses. They should make her look younger, though, since Morrigan seems to be in her mid 20s at most.

I like Ryan Reynolds as Alistair, if he can pull off a British accent. If Renée Zellweger could do it for Bridget Jones (after months of practice) he could too,

Damian Rice looks like Bann Teagan to me.

I think just keep Leliana who she was modeled after Alley Katze. However if she can't play the part then who ever fits will do. I like alot of the choices, but who is really the better match?

I really like this choice, but if she can't do it, then I stick with my last choice, like I said before

Milla Jovovich, she has done action films before, and is quite a good actress I might add for a model. When she played Joan of Arc, she proved she can be more then a pretty face, I think she is well arounded enough to play the different aspects of this character leliana. Sexy and alluring, while still capable of kick some A@(*! lol. It be interesting to see her to be a red head, with a french sounding accent, hot man

Ryan Reynolds, when it comes to comedy is hiralous, plus I think hes appealing enough to play alistair, which I guess makes girls squeeze. Make alistair dorky without losing the appeal. Though if he does play this role for this supposed movie, I hope he really changes his persona, they tend to be the same through most or all his movies. The way he talks and moves, all the same from Van Wilder to Blade Trinity, to Best Friend, I like for him to challenge himself and be really different.  In character.

Duncan - Liam Neeson

Loghain - Hugo Weaving (imagine Elrond, but evil-ish)

Cailan - Leonardo DiCaprio (blonde babyface!)

Morrigan - Claudia Black...

Flemeth - Kate Mulgrew

Cauthrien - Keira Knightely

Oghren - Steve Blum (can't have Oghren jokes without Oghren voice)

Irving - Jeremy Irons, for the voice

Zevran - blonde Antonio Banderas, obviously

Teagan - CHUCK NORRIS

I'm thinking Marky Mark Walberg for the human male warden cause who doesn't want to be that guy?

(may be a little old)

When i saw someone posted Marion Cotillard as leliana i was like holy goodness that's pretty much the perfect person.... actress-ability-wise you may not think she looks the part but seriously she pretty much plays leliana in half of her movies.. bam

I would like to humbly venture the suggestion that the PC warden character be a female. A big draw of this game is that it appeals to female fans, and I think we would lose out on a couple of iconic and silver-screen-worthy scenes if we went with a male warden. It's fun to think of more mainstream audiences swooning over Alistair. (I prefer Zevran myself, but for a movie, I think female Warden/Alistair would be most appealing.) If the consensus is for a male lead, I have no beef with that, it is an action movie staple, but I was just curious as to why we haven't at least been /considering/ the idea of a female warden.

On the note of Zevran...there are other actors that could pull off an appropriate accent! Antonio Banderas is far from our only option. That being said, the only one that sticks out in my mind currently is Bruno Campos. I was thinking of Zevran the whole time I was watching "The Princess and the Frog." Some of the lines were just...wow. Dude has some crazy eyebrows, though, which are far from elven. Makeup & wigs would have to be applied liberally to most actors, though, as few people look astonishingly elven irl. And this Campos dude has a very charming smile...

Hi everybody, I'm new to this forum and Dragon Age is my first RPG experience so I'm not very good at playing it. Just joined to read and maybe learn something about playing these kind of games.

To get back on the topic. The story and the characters are what made me stick through playing this game and I often said to myself and others that there's a great potential for a movie from this game, and when I saw this topic I just had to post my favourites.

DUNCAN - Joaquin Phoenix, just look at him in his bearded phase.
http://www.z99.com/f...oenix_beard.jpg

MORRIGAN - Zooey Deschanel, she might be a bit too "sweet" for the role but with some make-up it will be almost perfect.
http://indomiejunkie...eschanel-11.jpg

LELIANA – Natalie Portman, she has the balance of sweetness and… help me out what’s the word I’m looking for to describe a good rogue?
http://img2.timeinc....man_400x400.jpg

WYNNE - Cate Blanchett, with some make-up to make her old but also at the same time beautiful.
http://1416andcounti...e-blanchett.jpg

FLEMETH – Angelina Jolie, she has that look of a witch already, just some “ugly” make-up. Flemeth character needs to show that once she was HOT.
http://thebosh.com/u...olie-Wanted.jpg

LOGHAIN – Edward Norton
http://img.listal.co...ward-norton.jpg

MAIN (MY) CHARACTER "HUMAN ROGUE" - Colin Farell

...at the moment I have actors only for these characters. Still can't think of someone for Alistair, Zevran,  Sten, Arl Eamon... and already given up on finding for Oghren. [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/smile.png[/smilie]

Gerard Butler = cultist leader

Ewan McGregor = naive king Cailan

Kevin Spacey......... Owain

the Rock (PG-13) or Lawrence Fishburne ®... Sten

Claire Danes/ Kirsten Dunst - Leliana (omg claire danes would be hawttt!)

Elizabeth Hurley = morrigan (she's hawt & witty w accent)

Natalie Portman = Lady Isolde

Russell Crowe = Loghain? (Jeremy Irons is kinda meant for it)

Sam Worthington as Alistair

Sexified Warden = Rhona Mitra (Rise of the Lycans)

she bang bangs w Sam Worthington whilst lesbianic flirting w Claire Danes... Morrigan (Eliz Hurley) openly mocks sappy relationship.. Rhona cries while "the ritual" ensues

Helen Mirren for Wynne is an excellent choice...

and any random annoying/whiny jackass = Jowan + Scarlet Johansson as Lily

********most importantly... make the golems.. help the wolves .. and deal the blue crack

and please no Ryan Renolds.. unless he played Anders in the corny sequel

w Angelina Jolie overacting as Velanna...

Alyson Hannigan would make a perfect Leliana they would just have to do some accent work but.... she's got that bubbly deceiving cuteness.

And although I am pretty sure that Victoria Johnson couldn't act to save her life, she was the way that Morrigan was supposed to look like in Dragon Age. She was the model behind the character design of Morrigan when Bioware began the designs. I would love to see more of her.

Posted Image

I always pictured Morrigan as a powerful sorceress who could just cast a spell on herself to look beautiful.

I see her in the same light as Edea from Final Fantasy 8.

Edea
