I'm having trouble with this fight does anone have any suggestions? I have shale, wynne, and morrigan with me. I know I have to just get him down to a low health level not kill him. I'm not sure how to deal with the blizzard it's stunning me and i can't heal or use pots. I would be greatful for any help.

You might want to interrupt him - does Wynne have Petrify in your game? That should take Caladrius out of the picture for long enough to clean up his goons.

Mana Clash helps, if you have it. What spells do you have?
Assuming a set up similar to my own: Have Morrigan cast sleep and waking nightmare on the group and then cast blizzard if she has it (and she starts set up for it). Then have Shale switch to ranged and use that bombardment ability, between the two you should take out all the archers leaving just the boss. While this is going on Wynne should be neutralizing Caladrius, Petrify should work (he'll fail a physical resistance check), if he starts casting a long spell, hit him with stonefist to interrupt it. If you have the glyph spells dump a Glyph of Neutralization on him, he shouldn't be smart enough to run out of the glyph (glyph explosion should paralyze him for a while too). Once your AoEs have stopped get your meleers close to him and start chipping away, alternate CC with morrigan and wynne to keep him pinned down.
For what it's worth, I find this harder than the Ser Cauthrien fight; roughly the same distribution of support enemies and an elite mage instead of an elite melee.
