So I just finished my Insanity playthrough and not only are my Leviathan achievements not unlocked despite doing what is required to unlock them, my Insanity achievement is also still locked although I got the Unwavering achievement for beating all N7 missions on Insanity prior to the attack on the Cerberus base.
Not sure what is happening, I admit I opened my options menu to make sure it was on Insanity after breezing my way through the Earth level, but I did not touch the difficulty menu so I am unsure what is happening.

The Leviathan achievements not unlocking is a common issue with the DLC.

Still not sure what happened to the Insanity achievement though even though I got a related one earlier.

Bioware really needs to get these stupid achievements working. Some of the multiplayer achievements have similar issues.

Ok, this is weird. I checked my achievement list before bed last night and my Insanity and Leviathan achievements were unlocked, but then I checked this morning and they were locked again. Can someone please tell me what is happening?
