A few months back there was a new terms and conditions thing from ea. It came up before the game started. I picked I do not accept these term term / instead of I do accept these terms. I blame the way it looked I could of sworn it was on I accept lol I was a bit stoned though. Anyway now the only way I can play the game is offline so no mp for me it I try the game online it just stays on the screen where it says checking downloaded content. if there any1 out there who can help please do I wanna see the collecters again!!

i had this problem for 5 months it started working 4 me 2 days ago when i replaced my 7 year old red elite at the cost of all my saves for all my 140 games

So basically they won't let you re-accept the terms of service?

I would call support tomorrow and ask for help. The reason no one has helped you yet is probably because its the weekend and no one is around. So try giving a call tomorrow or ask Chris Priestly for advice. He may be able to point you in a better direction.
