 So, my friend who has an English copy of the game (same as me) invites me.  Only the chat window shows the invite in Spanish.  I join the game,and enter the lobby.  

Next thing I know, Origin has closed (no error message), then ME3 tells me Origin is no longer running. It promptly shuts down ME3 altogether. 

I hate origin.

uninstall, reinstall, choose proper language.
