How do i get more Grenades. I have run out of them and i dont remember how i get more of them.

This is ME1, I take it? Kill enemies and open stuff. It's randomised but you'll recieve a grenade or two here and there until you reach your max. Alternatively there's a fairly big stash of them on Asteroid X57 (the Bring Down the Sky DLC mission) in a hut in the north east corner of the map if you don't mind nipping over there to top up.
