I also thought that you were going to have Duncan rescue her, but for story purposes I'm glad you didn't, the plot is alot more mature this way. Anyways I loved it; I think you work looks fantastic!

@Olwaye Thanks man! And with the lighting are you talking about the comics or the mage image?
@Lala Thank you! I thought it'd be cool to tie it in to where Duncan looks over the cliff in the opening, and kind of make it so he's super motivated to bolster the ranks of the Grey Wardens. ...And I wanted to draw Duncan XD

I meant the mage digital painting.
The comics great too, good rythm, it would make a great opening scene.

Whooo! Temporarily back from the dead! Still swamped with projects though, probably won't be able to post anything for a while after this, but needed a break for something fun!!
First off, in response to the Swooper's "Blankets" challenge, there is this wonderful scenario. Caution: It's pretty gory, NSFW, and very disturbing. The version for those without devianART.
Next, I'm not sure if there's a Mass Effect art section or not, but I figured I'd post these here anyway because it seems silly to make a new topic for two comics.
Emo Shepard
Vanguard Charge Technique
Enjoy! ^^

Oh boy, it's been exactly 3 monthes of crazy con travels + work, but I'm back with a new comic! (hopefully they don't mind a bump, but it seemed silly to make a whole new topic when I have everything here already =\\ )
Mage Robes
My first Awakening comic! As I've only just started playing awakening....now... XD
I did kinda cheat though, as Telemasca is still somewhere in the Brecilian forest and Asia hasn't made it past the Joining ritual, I just reloaded Mog's save so she went through with the ritual. But her original ending is still canon!! But for those of you who're fans of hers, rejoice as all the Awakening comics I make will be starring her! ^^

Haha! Brilliant!!! As I said on the comment at deviant, part of me felt sorry for the girl....but a much larger part of me was laughing at Ander's response. That would be so like him.

This is really dumb, and I don't even know why I did it, but every time I see "Lady Hawke" I think of "Ladyhawke" the old movie from the 80s with Matt Broderick. So because I'm one of those people who has to commit to paper every stupid idea that pops into my head, I give you the Ladyhawke movie poster...with Lady Hawke. Varric taking over the Matt Broderick role because, well, I dunno...they're both rogues....?* And the DAO dragon because it seemed stupid to have a hawk on the poster for no reason XD Also changed the colors around cuz I think the original color scheme's kinda fugly. Enjoy!

*I actually just felt like drawing Varric. Shhh....

I love that. (so is anyone else hoping Varric is a romance option? since he seems pretty awesome)

Heheh, good one Sparrow, I think about the movie as well, my first playthrough of DAII being a lady Hawke, I called the dog Mouse (silly I know).
Actually Rutger Hauer would have make a fantastic Varric.

In the name of God. I resurrect ye.
I don't have to say sorry either. The comics and art here are so awesome that this thread deserves to return to life.

One of my favorites is the Lady Aeducan one. The funny thing was the fact that a few days before I read that comic, I did the dwarf noble (as a female) origin for my first time, and when I saw Trian's body--whom I didn't realize was Trian at the time, I tried to click on him for loot. /palm
