That's because this "female Shepard" doesn't exist. There is only Brotherman Shepard. :P

c'mon... if bioware can create blue mono-gender lesbian race then a bird with boobs is nothing strange.

Two sizes too small for fantasy fictional cartoon female anything.

I don't have problem that Turians have boobs.

I'm not surprised, considering it's coming from the same game as this:

Does the codex say that turians are born in eggs? If not, we are to assume that the infants must be fed a sort of nutrient by their mother, and how else would you want them to do that? Nipples on their feet?

THANK you. The minute I saw this topic, I was hoping this point was brought up.

I mean, yes, it's more likely done out of the simple fact that she's supposed to have some sex appeal and is there to just to give players something familiar in her appearance, but in-universe, there's no reason to believe that turian females wouldn't have some sort of method of nursing their young. We haven't been told either way if turians have egg birth or live birth, and I remember that, in a different universe, Gargoyles had eggs and women with breasts like human women because they still nursed their young. Yes, Gargoyles isn't Mass Effect, but the thing about creating a non-human species is that they are not bound to human biology. There are limits to what we'll believe, of course, but an avian-reptilian with visible mammory glands is not out of my suspension of disbelief.

Who's to say turian female chest plating is more curved then males thus it looks like "boobs". It would not be boobs, just curved plates.

I read through the whole thread, and it took until page 3 for someone with even a single brain cell to post (and that person is Mr.House). Seriously people, bumps on chest=/=boobs. They could be anything from plates, to an odd ribcage formation that only females Turians have that is prominent enough to be visible externally, to vestigial organs of a time when a common ancestor of Turians had boobs but are nothing but useless things that serve no purpose or sexual characteristic, to bumps that hold nourishment much like Krogan humps.

In short, stop freaking out. If you see them having their own physics and bounce in-game, then you might have a case. Until then, you're just assuming they're breasts because they look similar to what breasts look like on humans when viewed through clothing.

Much like Space Terminator's design this thing is completely moronic. Why does it need a holographic visor when the eyes can be equipped to do the same task? The metal boobs make as much sense as having throbbing metal penis(ie none) and the metal "hairstyle" is stupid for the same reason.

Well she, in Bioware's words, "needed to be sexy". Why that is I do not know, though.

I think the unit was originally designed to dusguise itself as Dr. Eva was it not? And it did have flesh-type exterior which melted away in the crash.

The flesh exterior is what makes the metal boobs and hair completely redundant and besides, having those things be made of metal makes it look more fake(you don't see plastic surgeons using metal for boob jobs do you? :P).

Too bad they didn't use the one in the top right. That one looks like a robot that belongs in combat instead of a brothel.

One wonders why TIM didn't just send an actual human to spy on Mars. The whole "humanlike robots totally exist now!" thing just came out of nowhere (and was especially strange because it never comes up again).

Breasts or "breasts" though, those shapes in that place on that lady alien is a purposeful design choice made by a design team. It's not like they got there by accident or through natural evolution. They're there because they were put there, and the wisdom, necessity, and motivation behind the design team's choice are questionable at best.

Whether or not those shapes 'can' be there is immaterial. They're a designed race, they can be designed with any attribute the design team gives them. But that doesn't mean that every choice is good or logical or consistent, and it's not our job excuse or justify their odd choices with a lot of mental gymnastics.

You are making absolutely no sense. So what, the bot should have absolutely no boobs and be bald? Right, much better for infiltration, she's now a flat chested bald woman. That won't stick out at all.

Also, good job not talking to your party. EDI specifically mentions how the hair can be separated into individual strands like real hair.

His point is that since she already has a flesh exterior, the breasts should be made out of flesh as well.

Well right now she's a Jedi/Assassin wanna be with breast and I'm pretty sure Garrus made some mention to fshep about them that hinted at Turian females not having them.
