Please clean the disc before blah blah... etc, etc..."
Usually pops up around Wave 10 on Gold or Platinum.
Rewards include severe aggravation, loss of all gear used, credits, and occasionally friends who think you dropped out just to grab dinner reall quick, or something similar :-)
