Infinite "Connecting to game" message

Got this before, but last weeks it went out of hands - cannot connect even to players I played before. There're some friends I cannot join host of try as I might, though we played before on each other's hosts. They can be from Europe, US or same city as me - doesn't matter. When on third party host, we can't hear each other - dynamics are red dead. However, when joining I can hear other people talking in the lobby, but the connection still fails to finalize.

Please advice on the fixes. Turning off the Antivirus (ESET) is not an option.

I failed to connect to number of my friends for the last 3 days and finding a PUG for me is hard as hell. Most people in PUG I can't even hear due to this mess. So my dead contacts are now top players including
Fortack
Korjyan
Stardusk
DimonW
grompavel

Thanx a lot, Origin/Bioware. Any idea how to fix that?

I've seen the load screen that never completes as well (I'm on PC). Players trying to load can hear chat, but cannot speak. If the host leaves and comes back it tends to work. Sometimes the person joining can kill the game (alt F4 or task manager) and come back and it works, but usually not. Even if the host has a direct connection with no proxy, no firewall, this will randomly happen. The fact that chat at least partially works also means the route between host and guest is open, and the IP addresses are not summarily blocked. It appears to be a game software issue.
