Modules as for "games", not mods. 
I see no forum, nothing, about any module made by the community with the toolset... 
(Well, to be quite honnest, I'm don't even know if there is a DA toolset...)

There is also a 'project' tab at the top of every page in the forums. You may also try looking at the Dragon Age Nexus website (not part of BSN)


The best critical resource I know for mods is Purple Lady's blog. She is very thorough. The sections you probably want are 'F' and 'G'.
