I just bought the Leviathan DLC, and am playing through it for the first time.
I'm up to rescuing Ann Bryce(or what ever her name is). after my squad mate raises the bridge, and after killing the banshee. When I cross the bridge and climb on to the building, the second ladder to climb down isn't working.

When I go to climb down, shepard gets stuck at the top, between the building and the ladder. The squadmates can climb down though. I've tried doing a repair install on the DLC but its made no difference what so ever.

has anyone else had this problem and if so do they know a way to fix it???

Ah, the infamous ladder bug. There are many threads about it; besides that, it doesn't only affect Leviathan; I hit it along the whole game. For example, I ran into it in the Ardat-Yakshi monastery, when I tried to climb down the elevator shaft. Appearently you get this bug when you try to climb a ladder and some of your squadmates is already on it. Solution 1: persist in trying to climb the ladder. Solution 2: quick save and load. None of these solutions can guarantee 100% success, but they work, almost always.

I've never had any of the the other ladders in the game bug like this before :C I've tried reloading an ealier save, restarting the mission, quick saving and loading and so far, nothing has made a difference

Try reducing the resolution in-game to 800 x 600 to get past the ladder glitch, I think that is what helped most people with this problem... hope that helps...

Hi my multiplayer, is screwed at the moment i played through leviathon last night offline and got up to ladder fail bit normaly and bizarely enough ladder work ?

Sometimes when i can play multi it happens so i just ignore the ladders if there is no walkway ramp i ignore ladders. i think this goes back to a failed patch 2.5 months ago that was supposed to fix this and the fail dlc shop. i haven't tried changing resoloution. if i get again i shall try that thank you GhostwriterDoF, hope it helps you Silveera...

I had the same issue a few days ago and I don't know if you found a solution yet.
I'll do my best to explain how I solved it,
Start closely to the ladder and when running towrads it you should constantly look up, when the climb animation starts continue to force the camera up, you should now be below the ladder. Hope it helps.

I have this same ladder bug where my shep gets stuck on the laddter in the dlc, so far NOTHING has worked :*(
