If you don't want to spend all that time watching someone clean up the mess you and the other downed team mates left then you have several possible options to solve that problem.

1. Play a lower difficulty.
2. Play solo.
3. Be more careful around instakilling enemies.
4. Use your Ops Packs to avoid dying so often.
5. If you do go down, no-one can revive you and you don't think the remaining players can handle the rest of the wave then use your Medigel... that is what it's for.

Of course.. none of these solutions are mutually exclusive.

If you can't stay alive, don't punish the one who does. You're free to quit. Also, you don't know if the survivor has a rocket, and it isn't up to the survivor to pay for your mistake.

Adding a limit of 5 min is good enough (extra 5 min if there are objectives to complete).

Of course, this shouldn't apply to the survivor who doesn't have hydras anymore.

If you have such an issue with watching a lone teammate do everything he/she can to stay alive so that YOU and whoever else is on the team can earn more XP and money, then you need to play better. The whole ME3 community should not be effected because you and/or your squad can't stay alive.

I can't believe I just read that. Seriously dude, you have to play smart when you are the last one alive. Trust me when I say the guy doesn't want to play solo. I have been in that situation, it's not fun in my opinion. I hate soloing, and I hate having to clutch even worse.

If you don't want to spend fifteen minutes watching a guy save your butt, do yourself a favor and use your own rockets to save your butt before you get downed. Or even use an ops pack or better yet medi-gel before you bleed out.

How do you feel justified complaining about the one guy who is still alive, when you can't seem to survive four waves in a row?

Simply put this is a team based online game experience, if you don't play as a team and communicate to some degree or what not you will fall most of the times. Now depending on the equipment and weapons you picked for a round makes a huge difference as some weapons powerful against collector's won't do much against say Geth and so on.

Simply if your the sole survivor you duck and dive to not use up your equipment and just play smart, use cover and take up a defensive position and hold them off.

Time limit for a sole survivor is not needed nor any excuse for it to be.

My Volus Adept was the last man standing for a wave with 3 Marauders, 3 Brutes, 5 cannibals, a Ravager, and 2 Banshees. Never used a rocket and only needed 1 medigel when a Cannibal surprised me.
Only took like 5mins to do.
